Curtain Studio are a New Zealand wide business bringing windows to life via a comprehensive range of curtains, blinds, tracks, rods and accessories. From affordable readymades through to exquisite custom made curtains, blinds and accessories, Curtain Studio offer a diverse range of products and services to New Zealands Residential, Commercial and Retail markets.

Due to internal staff changes, we now require an Installation Planning resource in our North Shore Head Office to join our friendly, well respected team. With a key focus on planning ahead for in home Installations you will be required to undertake a range of planning related tasks within a deadline driven environment.

If you have not already proven yourself in the field of planning & scheduling, we will certainly consider other applicants who demonstrate experience in customer services, or other operational roles. We will provide you with all the upfront installation planning and technical training you will need.

Again, whilst previous planning / scheduling experience is ideal, a person with the below mentioned attributes could easily hit the ground running after your initial training is provided;

 We have well developed systems, processes and standards which you will use and apply daily. 

Key tasks include;

  • geographic allocation of jobs reducing travel time and optimised installation cost / time efficiencies.
  • timely emails (internal & external) or printed hard copy installation paperwork required by Installers along with specific technical instructions / diagrams.
  • post installation review and action of any corrective action
  • provide weekly updates to all the installers on their upcoming schedules for the following week
  • liaise with all stakeholders (Stores, Consultants, Suppliers, Installers) 

The hours are a typically Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm (perhaps the odd Saturday morning during our busy periods)
