Logistics Customer Services Co-ordinator
Are you looking for a change and do you want to be part of a close knit and supportive team..then keep reading..We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced international and domestic logistics co-ordinator to join the logistics and exports team. In this busy and versatile role you will primarily be responsible for the end to end movement of freight and the provision of excellent customer services. This role would also suit someone from a freight forwarding background.
Key Tasks:
- International bookings
- Internal /External customer queries
- Invoicing
- Track & trace
- Status reports to customers
- Invoicing
- Customer queries and updates
- Quotes
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years Freight forwarding experience
- EDI Cargowise preferred but not essential
- Can do attitude
- Personal Effects experience
- Customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office
Location:
