Intermediate to Senior Accountant

Our client is a long-established Accountancy Practice based in the heart of Tauranga. With a strong client base and a positive team culture, they have a solid reputation for providing great advice and service to their clients.
They are seeking an intermediate to senior accountant who will fit into their team. Ideally you will be CA Qualified, or nearly there and have at least 3 plus years’ experience in a CA Practice. You will be manly doing Business Advisory and Compliance based duties, as well as assisting in reviewing both peer and junior work.
You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients and your primary tasks will include:
Ø reparation of financial statements;
Ø Preparation of tax returns - GST, PAYE, FBT and Income Tax;
Ø Special assignments and project work;
Ø Management reporting and accounts;
Ø Business planning and cashflow forecasting;
Ø Tax planning.
