The role

We are seeking a proactive, motivated individual to assist one other team member in managing the flow of goods in and out of our Faculty's central store.

You will be part of a friendly and supportive team based at Grafton in this busy and varied role.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Inwards and outwards goods handling
  • Stock control/ordering
  • Counter sales and processing
  • Management and handling of time and temperature critical goods
  • Coordination of couriers and carriers
  • Bonded goods requirements
  • Inventory management
  • Operation of a walkie-stacker

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone with previous stores or warehousing experience. Technically-minded, your attention to detail and degree of accuracy will be first-class, and you will be confident operating inventory management software.

You'll have a customer-oriented background, and familiarity with PeopleSoft, SciQuest and MPI documentation would be a real bonus.
