We are looking for a full time Warehouse Support – Picker Packer to join this friendly family company. Your primary function will be to ensure all customers and suppliers are serviced to a high level at all times. All orders must be completed quickly and effectively to ensure same day delivery where possible. Some of your responsibilities will include: * Picking products from picking slips * Replenishing shelves as and when required * Checking and receipting inwards goods * Pack products for delivery in a tidy manner * Ensuring delivery containers are labelled correctly ready for delivery * Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy on a daily basis The most important qualities for this job are accuracy, attitude and reliability. You will also need: * A high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Be physically fit as you will spend the majority of your day on your feet * To be reliable as the team is reliant on each other to succeed * High level of initiative and self-motivation * Excellent communication skills – internally and externally * A positive attitude to compliment the current team environment In return you will be paid a salary relative to your skills and experience, 4% kiwi saver contribution, life insurance after a qualifying period and the chance to work in a positive work environment and become an integral part of a successful local business.
