Join our Supply and Distribution Team based at Auckland City Hospital as a Distribution Co-ordinator. As the Distribution Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the physical distribution of stock from receiving docks to putting away on the shelves of customer departments / stores. The operational management and housekeeping of store locations is also a key responsibility.
The Supply and Distribution Team works closely with the Inventory Team with the emphasis on ensuring products are delivered into the organisation and distributed onto the department shelves. The Inventory Team’s primary emphasis in this partnership is to ensure product and inventory data is accurate and appropriate for the customer departments’ requirements.
You will have previous distribution / inwards goods experience, an understanding of electronic processing of products (eg barcode scanning) will be helpful in this role. Previous experience in Warehousing, Imprest or/and Stock Control within a Clinical Imprest Department would be advantages.
