The Operations Team Leader - CRDC is responsible for achieving high performance and great results within the team. Results focused and a strong communicator, you’ll engage and develop your team, ensuring KPI’s are delivered on.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience leading a team in a fast-paced Operations or DC environment
• Strong sense of personal responsibility/accountability
• Excellent planning and problem solving skills, and the ability to deal with complex situations
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to relate to a diverse range of talent
• Flexible in your working hours (Tues – Sat Afternoon/Evening Shift, but may change)
• Experience engaging with teams and recognising excellent performance
• Previous experience within FMCG would be advantageous
