In our role you will be responsible for producing and managing the production and process scheduling plans. As the eyes and ears of the supply chain department you will also monitor and report on work centre performance with a constant view for performance improvement.
You’ll be working within our Supply Chain Team and be exposed to a number of different facets with key accountabilities focused on:
Producing production and process plans for on-site work centres and off-site processing
Monitoring and reporting on work centre performance
Monitoring and maintaining key stock lines at target levels
Supporting the Supply Chain Manager & Primary Planner
Attention to detail will be one of your key strengths as will your ability to problem solve and be conceptual and analytical in your thinking. Although you’ll be part of a collaborative team, you’ll have lots of room to use your own initiative and really take ownership of your role.
The key to your success will be your well-developed analytical skills & ability to process & make sense of large amounts of data & information. Strong Excel skills are essential; knowledge of SAP ideal & a relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage. Adding value & thinking outside the square will be your forte, as will your ability to interact & communicate effectively across all levels of a business.
