About the role

This role involves the professional management and growth of a profitable client base on behalf of the Company and as part of a high performing team based in Takapuna. The role will provide service excellence and pro-active promotion of our products and services to our existing and prospective clients.

This position will be responsible in providing advice to our clients in technical areas such as Will, Estate and Trusts and any new products or services being offered by the Company. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue and operating profit targets.
  • Deliver, manage and monitor high quality service to clients
  • Product promotion and saturation
  • Compliance & risk
  • Continuing Improvement

Skills & Experience:

  • Tertiary education preferably trustee industry related or a commerce or law degree
  • Minimum 5 years trustee / financial services industry or related experience
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience – preferably related to financial services
  • Strong customer service ethic and attitude
  • Strong understanding of managed funds and personal financial planning
  • Acts on opportunities identified through client relationship and demonstrates a full understanding of the needs of individual clients.
