A very diverse role offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to join an innovative and diverse team in central Auckland, who have just had their best year on record!
This Kiwi owned business that has been one of the market leaders in Auckland for the design and manufacturing of bespoke Gating Systems and Doors for the last two decades.
The Job
- Supervise, evaluate and plan for future and current projects
- Overlook sales team
- Interview and train staff
- Schedule client meetings and overlook production
- liaise with administrative, technical and management staff
- Prepare correspondence, financial and data reports
The Profile
- Knowledge of managerial policies and procedures
- At least 5 years management experience in construction or production industries
- The ability to supervise and lead staff, including training and strong conflict management skills
- Strong client-side experience
- Proven track record of successful management
- Proficient in Microsoft and Mac applications
- Strong understanding of health and safety in the workplace
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
