Fresco Shades is a medium sized business based on the North Shore. We design, make and install customised canopies and side screens.
Due to recent growth we are looking for an all-rounder who can multi task across 2 roles to provide an essential link between the factory, installers and the customer. This role is a ‘go to’ position for all jobs in our system, and the primary task is to ensure all jobs run smoothly and on time, while the customer is kept informed of their job status.
At times you will be in the factory organising work flow, at times you will be on the front desk and our first point of contact with customers.
Key skills required:
A great people person
Strong communication skills, with staff and customers
Excellent spoken English
Super organised
Experience with scheduling jobs an advantage
Production supervision experience essential
Highly computer literate, ability to work with CRM systems an advantage
Front desk (meet and greet customers, take incoming phone calls when not in the factory, make outgoing calls to customers as required)
A quick learner and self-starter
Flexible so that your focus can change as required
