Shipments
Receive client bookings
Place bookings with airline/shipping line/courier/trucking company
Provide clients with booking details
Arrange deliveries
Source and process relevant import/export documents from shipper
Track door to door shipment through to completion
Quoting.
Invoicing
Invoice shipments
Process supplier invoices.
Customer Service
Manage from start to finish your nominated key accounts
Provide coverage and support for staff on leave
Provide shipment updates to clients
Liaise with suppliers regarding shipping status
Facilitate clients quote requests.
Personal Effects and FSA / Health export certs.
Responsible for exports, air and sea
