The Opportunity:
We have a great part-time, 2 days a week opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our Tauranga team.
You will report to the Branch Manager, contribute to the efficient operation of the branch. The role is customer focused where you will:
- Pick, pack and dispatch stock orders
- Check, receipt and record all inwards goods movements into the branch
- Keep documentation up-to date and accurate
- Answer phone queries and provide outstanding customer service to our trade customers
- Be proactive in keeping the warehouse area clean and tidy
- Make deliveries
The role requires an all-rounder, someone who will get stuck in and help out with all aspects of the business such as being involved in regular stocktakes, cycle counts, stock replenishment as well as helping out on the trade counter when required.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Worked in a customer service environment (experience with trade customers advantageous)
- Full valid New Zealand driver licence (manual)
- Good driving history
- Communication and organisation skills
- Physically Fit
- Basic level of computer literacy
