The Role:
We have a challenging opportunity for a Drive Thru Team Member to join our PlaceMakers Hornby Branch. Working at PlaceMakers is all about giving customers the best service and great advice. The role will provide a wide variety of work including providing superior customer service to our mostly trade-based customers and developing a good base knowledge of the building industry and product.
About you:
You will have a good work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm and energy and thrive on working as part of a busy team. An interest or experience in building supplies would be a great advantage, as experience in a customer service capacity will provide good grounding for the role. You will be flexible, willing to learn and go the extra mile for your customers, employer and team mates. You must also thrive on building lasting customer relationships.
You will be willing to undertake a full medical, drug and alcohol test to reflect the importance of Health and Safety across our wider business. The successful candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday, with Saturday work as required and must have good computer, written, and communication skills. Knowledge of the Building industry would be an advantage with a Forklift license but not essential.
