We have a full-time opportunity for a super savvy Guru to join our Hastings based Direct Sales and Service team. Normal hours of work cover five days a week and some flexibility around start and finish times is required to ensure our ability to meet customers’ needs. The position requires some Saturday work and some evening work. However this is contained within the 5 working days for the week.
The key focus of this role is to provide high quality service to our existing and new customers. This means you’ll help our customers match their financial needs with NZCU Baywide’s products and services. You'll play a key role to help spread the word about the great work we do.
What are we looking for? Exceptional customer service and communication skills are vital, as is proven ability in sales. Previous experience in financial services or insurance sector is preferred.
Given the tight timeframes we work under you’ll be capable of working under pressure, and you’ll be versatile and flexible. You’ll need high levels of energy, enthusiasm, positivity and confidence - and possess a great sense of humour. We like to have fun!
