In banking and finance, lending and investment activity is supported with the processing of transactions. In this role you will manage these processes relating to term deposits and deceased estates.  You will provide admin and support, ensure our regulatory compliance obligations are met, issue the related documentation and enter data.  Your work involves communicating with colleagues in credit, sales and other operations roles. Your success will be measured against various service level agreements, compliance and your level of customer service.

To be considered for this role you will have 1 or more year of administration experience. Exposure to banking or financial services is useful however not essential. You must have advanced problem solving skills, excellent time management, and propensity for providing the highest level of customer service. You’ll be super organised and structured, excellent at prioritising, have competent computer skills with excellent alpha numeric data entry and have proven you can pick up new systems with ease.  You will have excellent spoken English and a clear and confident communication style as you will be speaking with our customers. You must be either a New Zealand Citizen or hold a Permanent Resident Visa.

We have a really welcoming and social team culture and our Newmarket location amongst the shops and the cafes is fantastic.  We are a five minute walk from the train station and bus stops and there are public parking options nearby.  This is a Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm role.
