Our client is a confidential communication protocol that facilitates safe and standardised connectivity between users and connected applications utilised on the Blockchain.
 
Position Overview:
 
They are seeking a new senior member of the start-up team to sit alongside the Head of Product and the Business Director to drive new partnerships opportunities nationally and also support the business strategy growth internationally.
 
Organisational Structure:
(Reporting to, management responsibilities, key stakeholder relationships etc)
 
 The role reports to the Board of Directors.

Major Goals of the Role (SMART):
 
1. Be a thought leader and possess a deep and demonstrative understanding and grasp across the landscape field of Crypto Currency, D-Apps and Blockchain Technologies
 
2. Deliver world class and successful business development activity whilst refining/streamlining and driving the partnerships and growth process within the organisation across the NZ landscape

3. Assume a front of house and face of brand position within the industry creating a buzz for the protocol and the area of Cryptocurrency.
 
 
Key Objectives (Micro-approach - TO ACHIEVE THE MAJOR GOALS)
 
0-3 months:
 
Embed oneself in within the team creating trust and understanding with the current clients and getting to grips with the current state of play.
 
3-6 months:
 
Initiate and drive growth on key accounts through the delivery of expert and world-class level client engagement.
 
6-12 months:
 
Successfully and independently maintain and blossom further depth of service to clients whilst growing and nurturing a very capable and active team beneath them.
 
12 months & beyond:
 
Step deeper into strategy and work closely with the Head of Product and Business Director to decide on new business growth and development.
 
 
Key Challenges/Success Limitations/Obstacles:
 
This is an organisation that operates in a very lean, agile and ‘start-up’ way. It is in rapid growth and people and operations move quickly and dynamically. The hustle is hard and the team are very driven.

They have a thorough understanding of the Blockchain and CryptopCurrency are, are humble client facers and are excellent senior stakeholder managers as well as being capable of executing high end business development strategies.
 
Required Capabilities:
Critical skills and level of experience required
 
Attitude is key here as is tone of engagement - these guys are simply doing ground breaking and excellent work in Cryptocurrency, security and Blockchain and they want people who whilst confident in their abilities are capable of being level headed, practical and effective.
