Recently graduated with a business-related degree but not sure what career-path to follow?  Our personalised programmes offer exposure to different roles and entities within our business. We will move you through various departments so you can learn how a finance company really works.  You will be trained and mentored by some of the best minds in the business, while being comfortable in the knowledge the next new and exciting challenge is just around the corner!

The Finance Investment Group (FIG) of companies currently include:

• Go Car Finance our vehicle finance company
• Mode Rideshare supplying vehicles to rideshare drivers
• My On Road Plan (MORP) a vehicle maintenance solution to keep our clients safely on the road
• Aqua Cars our licensed car yards.

The largest entity is Go Car Finance (GCF) and, as the name suggests, we love providing finance for people who want to buy a car.  We help our clients get to work, get the kids to school, to their sports, to the movies and to church on Sundays. 

The Graduate Programme offers an outstanding opportunity for you to understand how a finance company operates from the inside out.  You’ll spend time in our Dealer Solutions, Risk, Collections, Legal and MORP teams where you’ll sit alongside our skilled and knowledgeable people who’ll provide training and support to get you up to speed, then develop you as a specialist.

Who we need:

You will be a recent graduate with any major, who is willing to learn, work hard, and be open to a changing role and a changing environment.

Working in an open plan, fast-paced environment, and communicating regularly with clients over the phone, you will need to have a customer focused attitude along with good numeric literacy.  This is a great place to kick-start your career and if you're a future leader, we will bring that to the fore very quickly.

The role is forty hours per week from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.  Our office is in the heart of Newmarket so we’re close to main transport routes, good shopping and loads of cafes.  We have a great culture here with a set of values that underpin everything we do.  We offer a competitive salary which includes KPI's, a generous annual training allowance and an opportunity to grow your career.  And while we work hard, we have fun at the same time!
