The opportunity
As part of the Workplace Strategy & Partnering team, this is a rare and striking opportunity to join us in Corporate Property as a Workspace Business Partner. In this role, you’ll be an integral interface between Corporate Property and your business areas within council. Partnering with them to understand their workspace requirements, supporting them through any change, and in general with their workspace and how they use it, you’ll be key in facilitating and encouraging them along their workplace strategy journey.
About you
At the crux of what we’re looking for is an expert people person. Yes, ideally you’ll bring experience in large workspace change projects and have a qualification and background in communications or project/change management, but the essential ingredient for success in this role is your ability to build and maintain effective and constructive relationships.
As someone who’s resilient with strong negotiation and influencing skills, you’ll be able to talk to your experience of facilitating and presenting, and demonstrate a savvy and skilled level of written and oral communication.
