About the role

The role of  Business Solutions Consultant utilises your deep understanding of your core BA craft and area of industry expertise to guide our clients teams and projects to where their business could be. You will also become recognised as a thought leader to our profession and industry and keep Redvespa ahead of the curve.  

In particular, we're on a journey to increase the breadth of our capability in the Design thinking, Service Design space, so experience, networks and a desire to build your and Redvespa's brand in this area is desired.

You'll have the right combination of attitude, passion and skills to define the job that needs doing and often to get the job done. As an ambassador of our brand, you'll build trust and confidence and take our client on a journey to understand the problem they are trying to solve.  

It's a mix of talent and experience. We'd love to know who you are, as much as what you can bring.  You will have:

• The ability to pitch and win key client business. As one of the top innovators in your area of expertise at Redvespa, you will be able to build and win client business and loyalty through presentation talent, expertise, personality, and overall industry awareness.

• The ability to provide and drive excellence in one or many disciplines or industry verticals e.g Design thinking, Service Design.

• The ability to support and develop Redvespa's Culture and Knowledge Management.  This includes being involved in hiring and providing delivery support to our consultants both on external and internal projects.

• Most importantly, a sense of humor.
