About The Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Assist with retaining existing life insurance customers through regular customer contact and engagement
  • Provide lively contribution and participation within the team to improve retention processes and capabilities
  • Identify trends that may affect customer satisfaction and experiences and provide improvements and solutions
  • Develop lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Be part of a closing knit contact centre team, providing support to the inbound team when required
  • Receive regular mentoring and personal development opportunities
Role Location: Takapuna, Auckland
Role Type: Full-time opportunity
Shift: Monday to Friday

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Proven ability to provide opportunities on a needs basis
  • Previous contact centre experience
  • Experience in retention conversations and initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport in order to retain at risk customers
  • Proficient in multi-tasking and handling high call volumes within a structured environment
