The role:

We are looking for an Activation Merchandiser to help us achieve world-class standards in the Nelson and Golden Bay Region on a full time, 40hr per week basis.

As one of our valued merchandising team and reporting to the Sales Activation Manager, you'll be the front line for our company's image in the grocery market. We're looking for a talented individual to build displays, stack DB's fantastic products and to support our sales team in selling our products in various grocery & specialist outlets across the Nelson region.

This is a 40 hour per week role worked across a 5-day week (Tuesday and Sunday rostered days off):

• Monday 6AM-2PM
• Wednesday 7AM-3PM
• Thursday 7AM-3PM
• Friday 7AM-3PM
• Saturday 7AM-3PM

A bit about you:

Perhaps you have recently graduated and you are looking to kick-start your career in Sales?

 Or perhaps you are looking for a hands on role for the long term? Either way we are looking for someone with a great attitude who puts their customers first. This is an autonomous role where you will stick to a call cycle. Excellent time management skills are key as your customers rely on you being there.

You must have a current full New Zealand driver's licence (you will be provided with a cool Heineken company car), and you'll need to be capable of lifting heavy items - no need to join the gym! Above all else, you'll be someone who takes pride in your work and the company you work for.

You will be interacting with a diverse range of customers and your wider team on a regular basis therefore strong communication skills are essential.

You will also need to have excellent time management skills, a real focus on satisfying customer expectations and be physically strong & up for the challenge. Previous and proven customer service experience is essential.
