Ideally, you will have some experience in a stockroom management role with strong attention to detail, exceptional organisation skill and great stamina. You will be moving around all day between the stockroom and the shop floor so not only will you need to be stock and numbers driven but also be passionate about customer service! Your Key responsibilities:

• Managing daily operations including overseeing the daily stock deliveries
• Managing all returns such as store/faulty/damaged/transferred stock
• Maintaining inventory, monitoring stock levels, stockroom presentation standards and ordering supplies when necessary
• Achieving KPI’s and meeting sales targets
• Provide full training to staff members and lead the team when necessary
• Tuesday - Saturday Roster

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous retail stockroom experience
• Strong organizational skills to ensure the stockroom is organized at all times
• Organizing and preparing all necessary paperwork for incoming/outgoing stock
• Great attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service skills
