Assistant Store Manager - Operations, Gisborne

To increase store sales and store contribution performance through excellence in selling and customer service. 
Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to deliver the sales and service objectives for the store.

About the role:
  • Accountable for all administrative and operational areas of the store including processes, systems and compliance
  • Accountable for the following functions - Loss Prevention, Stock Control, Store Receiving, Repairs & Maintenance, HR administration and H & S
What we require:
  • Large format retail experience
  • 5+ years experience in a similar position (store management)
  • Strong process and systems orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of key compliance areas including Loss Prevention, Audit, Health and Safety, & HR
  • Demonstrate the ability in understanding and analysing information to solve problems.
