East Imperial Sales Analyst & Supply Chain Planner
Job Description
East Imperial is a premium beverage company based in Auckland, New Zealand. We are less than 5 years old, but already our range of mixers are rated the No.2 top trending soft drinks brand globally by the the world’s best 50 bars and 250 bartenders.
We have big ambitions and are now experiencing rapid growth in over 30 global markets. We are now looking for a new team player to fulfil a key operating and analyst role within the business.
This is a full-time, entry level role which will be based in Auckland. You will be required to work both from a centralised office and from home on occasions, and will report directly to the Operations Director.
Responsibilities

Produce and review actionable and accurate sales reporting and tools for sales team, directors, and leadership

Build and help to standardise sales reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review

Manage and regularly update sales team and leadership on performance against KPIs

Convert the sales and demand data, into monthly manufacturing and procurement plans
-
Support the execution of the manufacturing plan and delivery of products in full and on time to customers across the globe

Ensure delivery expectations of our international partners are met, this will mean being prepared to work across multiple time zones

Own the relationship with VIP data and be the in-house expert and leader on all VIP data and PipeDrive CRM reporting

Participation in any other related tasks or projects
Skills

Strong analytical ability

It is critical that you possess an attention to detail

Demonstrate key business insights through data analysis

Experience in researching and producing insights and reports

Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact

Strong knowledge of syndicated data sources such as Nielsen

Experience in creating reports, optimising processes, managing dashboards, and more

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent.
