The role

• Lead and motivate the ecommerce team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Deliver e-store sales to achieve and exceed forecasts
• Work closely with marketing and contribute to content calendar
• Grow the online database and email marketing traffic
• Optimise the website with SEO and execute growth strategies
• Manage all ecommerce KPIs, weekly reporting and analysis
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Partner with marketing and design for digital marketing strategies
• Manage your team including recruitment, weekly meetings, performance outcomes etc
• Third party relationships, and working with senior management and board of directors

About you

• 3 years minimum experience in ecommerce management, experience in merchandise planning and online marketing also beneficial
• Excellent analytical skills
• Fluent in all web analytical tools
• Ability to drive 3rd party development team deliverables
• High attention to detail, high accuracy and deadline driven
• Passionate about retail ecommerce, including strong understanding of ecom technology, including analytics, data architecture, platforma infrastructure and content management
• Sales and profit driven, commercial and confident
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A passion for fashion and a desire to live and breathe the brand
• Ablity to communicate tech solutions to non-tech people
• Multi tasking and organisational skills
