We have an opportunity in our Revenue Assurance Services Team for a Credit & Fraud Analyst.
We are seeking a candidate who has excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail. We also require outstanding communication skills and the ability to be a self-starter.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Performing Credit and Fraud risk evaluation of customer applications
- Investigating fraud prevention and detection alerts using multiple internal and third party tools
- Contributing to the integration of effective Credit and Fraud risk practices
- Identifying opportunities for process, procedure and policy improvement
- Analysing data from a variety of sources to identify patterns and trends that can lead to the improvement of fraud detection, or the reduction in bad debt losses
- Ensuring appropriate communication of identified fraudulent activity, including follow up and resolution
- Effectively engaging with key stakeholders from across the business
Key skills and experience required:
- Intermediate level of Excel experience with an understanding of formulas and graphs
- Credit or Fraud Risk management experience is beneficial
- Telecommunications industry experience would be advantageous
