You will be a key member of the Operations team, responsible for taking care of the many and varied components that are essential behind the scenes to keep the operation going.

You will be responsible for managing the physical building, maintenance and housekeeping, utilities, general supplies, the after-sales service components of claims, the product support function and more but you’ll thrive on this variety and multi-tasking will be second nature for you.

Strong organisational skills and communication skills that are second to none are essential, as is your passion to ensure an exceptional customer experience every time.

Duties include:

• Contract & Supplies Management and management of a small team
• Support Function Management
• Merchandise Management – Product Support
• Team & Service Management
• Complete internal reports and participate in various projects as/when required

You’ll have experience in a retail environment and team leadership experience with operational and financial accountability / expense management experience highly desired.             

This is a role for someone with a passion for retail, business and exceptional customer service. If you have operational experience in a retails environment, this could be the role for you.
