About this role:
 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Showroom consultant to join our team in Lower Hutt.
 
With full training provided we will be setting you up to succeed in this position; we are looking for an enthusiastic and sales driven individual, with proven experience to become part of the Plumbing World success story.
 
The perfect bathroom takes planning.  It requires specialist knowledge, an understanding of the possibilities, process and the passion to make it a reality.  At Plumbing World we are the experts that help our retail and trade customers achieve their goals.
 
It’s not just about designing bathrooms, it’s also about playing a role in building relationships with plumbers, builders, and property developers as well as finding creative solutions for all of our customers.
 
As a Showroom Consultant, you will be result driven, are hands-on, with high ethics, will take personal accountability and will develop long-term relationships with all of our customers both trade and retail.
 
This opportunity does not come along often; this role could turn into a more senior showroom position for the right applicant.
 
Skills and experience:

• Understanding of plumbing products advantageous but not essential
• Showroom, retail or sales experience is a must
• Strong administration skills in a driven and busy environment
• Ability to actively sell and promote Plumbing World’s products
• Strong computer literacy and numerical skills
• Excellent record keeping with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Always looking for opportunities to enhance the sales and customer experience through continuous improvement
