ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER 2IC
All your well known trusted and branded personal care products under one roof. Everything from body washes, toothpaste, razors to beautiful European branded makeup, creams and well known top notch designer fragrances. Price Wise is your 'ONE STOP' shop and has exciting plans for further expansion through-out NZ. We currently have 10 stores in NZ with a further 4 opening during 2018 and plans for a further10 during 2019.
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Store Assistant Manager at Price Wise Sylvia Park, Mount Wellington, Auckland.
The successful candidates MUST have previous retail experience. You will be jointly responsible for staffing, sales targets and day to day operations of the store. You will have been working within a retail environment for at least 2 years and looking to take the next step in your career.
You will need to have great presentation and a passion for all things 'beauty related'.
To be successful in this role you must have:
*Passion, enthusiasm & drive
*Previous retail experience
*Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast- paced, high volume retail environment
*Well developed sales skills
*Great leadership skills
*Strong merchandising skills
*Excellent planning & organisational skills & and eye for detail
*Have an excellent command of English language, with CLEAR verbal & written skills
*able to accurately maintain stock & inventory
*Achieve store KPI's
*Ensure store budgets are adhered too.
We require a special type of person for this role, attitude is key; you need to be down to earth, adaptable, be able to use initiative and not afraid of hard work. You must lead by example and be prepared to do the hard yards, to reap the rewards. This is a demanding role requiring high energy, drive, commitment and enthusiasm.
You MUST be available to work 5 days per week with one of these days being Sunday.
