About the Position
You will thrive in a busy environment and will have the expertise to support the Store Manager in managing and driving a large store team. In return for your passion and outstanding performance across all key performance indicators, you will be rewarded with a very attractive bonus program and the opportunity to grow your career within a fast growing brand.
To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where we exceed expectations by providing her with 'up to the minute' fashion advice and showing her how to create the hottest looks for the season. This is a Full Time position and will require availability over late night trading hours, public holidays and weekends.
Skills and Experience
- Previous supervisory experience, ideally within fashion retail
- Be sales focused and sales driven
- Passionate about a career in retail management
- Exposure to performance management
- A strong communicator with a focus on customer service
- Effective roster understanding
- Previous visual merchandising ability
- Understanding of fashion and trends
