Showroom Supervisor - Kaiapoi

We have an amazing opportunity for a skilled Retail Supervisor to work at our Kaiapoi site in a full time position, Tuesdays to Saturdays. If you are looking for a position with lots of variation, heaps of challenges, and a great team, then this is for you!

Our customers expect impeccable service delivered by people with a genuine passion for quality brands and a thorough knowledge of our products. You will take enormous pride in meeting those standards while ensuring nothing is too much trouble for your customer. Day to day, you’ll be the proud leader of the showroom, you’ll have the experience and knowledge to manage and maximise performance; whilst developing your team to ensure targets are always met. You will need to be able to effectively prioritise and manage your time, work under pressure and meet deadlines. You’ll also need to be very accurate and have an eye for detail. Previous experience in retail or building trades would be an advantage.
