The Company:  
A well known NZ fashion brand. Whether it's coast or country, they provide the look for new season favourites at great prices in quality womens apparel and accessories.
  
The Role:
Leading a large team you will be a dynamic and motivational manager with an eye for detail. Polished in presentation and communication, you will have a passion for quality fashion, be able to deal with volume stock & encourage your team to provide a strong customer experience. 

You will have:

• Previous retail Store Management or Large Format Department Manager exp.
• Is operationally sound and sales/target driven
• Can build strong, long lasting rapports with their customers
• Can train and develop a team of 8+ and lead by example
