We’re looking for an energetic and driven Assistant Store Manager with proven people skills to develop a dedicated team, build sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and have passion and energy to contribute to the growth of this leading brand.

The Role:

• Previous management experience of 3+ years
• Help Coach, train and develop a successful team
• Manage store when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Motivate and drive your team to meet their KPI's
• Manage high stock volumes and VM guidelines  
• Maintain high standard of Health & Safety
• Exceed customer expectations- ensure return business
