Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be a brand ambassador and contribute to the company's success
- Assist in driving sales, achieving and exceeding KPI's and targets
- Run Sunday and Monday shifts
- Customer queries and problem solving
- Admin and reporting
- Monthly Stocktakes
- Merchandising to briefs
- Opening/ Closing
- Cash handling/ banking
About you:
- You are an experienced Assistant Manager
- You will be an enthusiastic "people's" person
- Experience dealing with customer enquiries and complaints
- Attention to detail when it comes to stock takes
- Well presented and articulate
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- You will be a team player and lead by example
