The Roles:

We have opportunities within multiple big box retailers, who are seeking managers with a background from similar high volume stores, used to dealing with larger team volumes, more admin and more responsibility. This is the perfect opportunity for career progression, but a background in NZ retail sales is a must.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have had previous big box or proven retail management experience
Have managed a fairly large team before
Used to rostering and planning for your team
Worked to targets and KPIs
Are ready to take that next step up and be in charge
