ZIP Plumbing Plus Hamilton is a long established Plumbing Supplies and Bathroom Centre in Frankton, Hamilton. Our showroom is the largest and most comprehensive in Hamilton, recognised as a leader in bathroom consultancy and bathroom solutions for many years. ZIP Bathrooms is a very well known and respected business that is locally owned and operated with a family approach to customers and business.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Provide the very best premium bathroom solutions to our many customers through great personal interaction, superb product knowledge and excellent business skills.
- High level friendly & knowledgeable customer consultation and service
- Recommend, quote & provide bathroom products to meet customer needs
- Efficiently manage the product supply process for each job accepted
- Assist with stock management, weekly and monthly reporting
Skills and experience
- Experience and knowledge in the bathroom or plumbing sector a plus.
- Retail sales experience ideally in a bathroom showroom or similar business
- Track record of high level customer interactions, providing great customer service and solutions to customers needs.
- Able to work in and contribute to a small team environment.
- Able to multi task and prioritise in a busy customer environment.
- Good computer skills with MS Office experience.
