- Assist & support the Department Team Leader's & Store Manager
- Deliver a great Customer Service experience to ensure on-going and future success for the store
- Assist Department Team Leaders with stock management and forward planning processes
- Maintain vigilance to minimise stock losses and take appropriate and timely action where required
- Contribute and support in-store based promotions and displays

To be considered for this role, you will be expected to demonstrate:
- Great Customer Service and Selling Skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Numerical abilities
- Experience or interest in Craft & Party or Dress & Sew, Furnishing, Manchester & Home Décor products
- Up-selling and add on selling skills
- Point of Sale systems experience
