Duties and Responsibilities:

• Motivate and lead a team to drive sales and reach KPI's
• Visual Merchandising operations and displays
• Managing high stock levels
• Rosters, recruitment and sales reporting
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and relationships

About You:

• Driven and self motivated
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
• Process driven with strong attention to detail
• Articulate, high level of initiative and natural born leader
• Exceptional time management and able to prioritise
