Smith and Caughey's along with Dermalogica are seeking an experienced Counter Manager and part-timer for our Queen Street counter!
To be successful in the part-time role, you will need to demonstrate experience in the cosmetics industry, coupled with a passion for the Dermalogica brand, and excellent selling skills.
In the Counter Manager role you will possess all of the above, and also be responsible for driving our business, exceeding sales targets, and maintaining an excellent standard of customer service. You will have a high standard of grooming, beauty therapy qualification and be confident in providing facials to our customers.
The full-time position is based on approximately 37.5 hours per week, working across Tuesday to Saturday. The part-time role is based on Sunday's and Monday's, with Mandarin speaking an advantage.
