Smith and Caughey's one of New Zealand's leading beauty retailers, in conjunction with Lancôme are looking for a full-time Counter Manager for our Newmarket store!
The successful candidate will have proven experience within the Cosmetics industry and be ready to hit the ground running, growing our Lancôme business. This role is based on approximately 37.5 hours per week, working Tuesday to Saturday.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:
- Excellent customer service skills
- A passion for the Lancôme brand
- High standard of grooming
- Experience in merchandising, stock management, and leading a team
- Self-motivation to reach targets
- Can-do attitude towards self-improvement
