In this role you will:
- Actively manage Harvey Norman’s customer enquiries and complaints
- Liaise with our suppliers and keep our customers updated ensuring this is completed within an acceptable timeframe while providing outstanding customer service
- Ensure all complaints are recorded, an accurate record of stock repairs is completed and the data base is maintained
- Complete the department’s admin duties including raising credit claims, reconciliations, writing letters, filing and other duties as required by the Proprietor
- Run weekly reports for repairs/service jobs as required by the Proprietor
- Be Health and Safety conscious
- Work full time to suit the needs of the business
The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include:
- You are a customer service champion with very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think on your feet and manage your own work-flow with great organizational skills
- Experience working in an administration role is essential –(Retail industry experience desirable)
- Capacity to juggle multiple tasks with a flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Familiarity with the Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act (desirable)
- Friendly, outgoing, approachable and work well as a team member
- Possess a high level work ethic, professionalism, motivation and initiative, with the ability to work autonomously
- Being full of energy, ambitious, confident and flexible
