 In this role you will:

 

  • Actively manage Harvey Norman’s customer enquiries and complaints
  • Liaise with our suppliers and keep our customers updated ensuring  this is completed within an acceptable timeframe while providing outstanding customer service
  • Ensure all complaints are recorded, an accurate record of stock repairs is completed and  the data base is maintained
  • Complete  the department’s admin duties including raising credit claims, reconciliations, writing letters, filing and other duties as required by the Proprietor
  • Run weekly reports for repairs/service jobs as required by the Proprietor
  • Be Health and Safety conscious
  • Work full time to suit the needs of the business

 The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include:

 

  • You are a customer service champion with very strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and manage your own work-flow with great organizational skills
  • Experience working in an administration role is essential –(Retail industry experience desirable)
  • Capacity to juggle multiple tasks with a flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Familiarity with the Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act (desirable)
  • Friendly, outgoing, approachable and work well as a team member
  • Possess a high level work ethic, professionalism, motivation and initiative, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Being full of energy, ambitious, confident and flexible
