So… You’re currently working within retail? You’ve been in your role for quite some time; you feel you are ready for a change but hesitant to take the leap? Well… We are a locally owned, well-known brand, in ‘big box’ format store looking for an individual to join the Hardware team as their Team Leader. You will have the opportunity to lead and grow your team, utilise your coaching and mentoring ability, all the while ensuring your team are happy and your customers are even happier!

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A passion for customer service excellence;
• Leadership experience (preferably within a retail environment);
• Enthusiasm and a can-do approach to all work;
• The ability to drive and achieve (if not exceed!) sales targets and KPI’s;
• Strong organisational skills;
• Ability to work well within a team environment;
• Great communication skills; and
• Commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace.
