Oversee efficient running of the store. Managing stock and prices in accordance with management role. Customer Service and maintaining all records. Liaising with suppliers to make sure there is no shortage or excess. Set budgets. Material handling of the safe storage of goods, as well as maintaining safety standards. Ensuring that the premises are clean and tidy, cash handling and managing other staff (along with staff roster and records, hiring new staff). You may also be required to deal with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Promoting products and ensuring that everything is otherwise running smoothly in regard to the shop.
Skills Required;
- Tertiary education preferred.
- Mature person who can handle the extensive responsibilities associated with the store.
- Previous customer service and retail experience preferred.
