Do you have a Love for all things, TRAVEL, ADVENTURE and the OUT DOORS, our client is opening a brand new store and is on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual who would like to combine their management experience with their hunger for travel, adventure and the great outdoors. With the launch of our brand new Duneidin location we are seeking an Experienced, enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manger to join the team and assist the Store Manager in leading a team of passionate and dedicated individuals to success.
To be considered for this role you must be dedicated to creating a customer service and sales culture where your team will exceed expectations by providing the best customer service coupled with the best advice for all their future adventures.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, manage and coach a team of retail staff
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times
- Manage the store budget and ensure KPI's are met
- Use your outdoor and adventuring knowledge to exceed customer expectations
- Report to the Head of international
- Working closely with the Global office for stock packages
About you:
- Have experience in Management or a similar role
- Comes from an Apparel background
- Has knowledge of the local Market
- Has a passion for the outdoors and travel
- Has a enthusiastic and energetic personality
