The Role:

About You:

• Demonstrate previous structured management experience
• Have strong communication skills
• Be self motivated and driven to achieve
• Have the ability to assist in leading a team and deliver results

Your responsibilities:

• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Immaculate report writing skills
• Ensure Merchandising standards are maintained
• Stock control
• Staff training and motivation
• Customer service
