The position of Assistant Store Manager at Jaycar Electronics is one of leadership and responsibility over the sales staff and the general running of the area, while continuing the 'can do' culture of success.

You are the driver of the sales staff and every day store running as an entity, working cooperatively with your team to maximise employee engagement as drivers of the store success and work towards excellence and world class customer experience.

Your Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all sales related duties are performed as required by the business whilst ensuring merchandise presentation excellence, customer satisfaction and business goals are achieved.
  • Ensure the maintenance of exceptional customer service standards, by conversing with all customers and staff to ensure a clear understanding of all customers needs, and following up with all customer requests.
  • Accountable for managing and achieving all set budgets and KPI's for the areas of responsibility
