PlaceMakers Gore branch is seeking someone great at dealing with people to join their team servicing our customers at the retail floor and drive thru area.
You will be responsible for helping our customers, offering them advice on our product range. You will look to ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional level of service when in the branch. You will be energetic and passionate about sharing product information and different alternatives suitable to their needs. You will be accommodating and patient when responding to their queries.
With our customers at the forefront of everything we do, we pride ourselves on being trusted partners and experts in our field. Knowledge of the building industry and supplies we stock would be an advantage but it will be your strong customer focus and ability to develop meaningful relationships that counts. You will have a good work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, with energy and drive to be part of our busy team. You will be flexible, willing to learn and go the extra mile for your customers, employer and team mates.
The successful candidate will be available to work Monday to Saturday, 40 rostered hours and must have good computer, written, and communication skills. As you will be working in the yard area, having a forklift licence would be advantageous.
