We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual to take up the role of Operations Manager, working out of our office in Central Auckland. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will have a natural ability to inspire the team you work with, as well as the practical skills and initiative to move the business forward. 

Based out of our Auckland office you will lead the day-to day operations of the business: 
•    Oversee operational aspects of the company including sales, finance, administration, human resources, marketing and other areas as required to ensure the smooth and effective running of the business.
•    Create and administer the roll-out of new and updated training and administrative procedures
•    Mentor and provide support, training and development to the HR and Area Managers, for the effective management of the 15 retail stores.
•    Implement directives from the GM/Senior Management Team
•    Be the crucial link in communication between the stores, head office and senior management team.

You will have:
•    Sound business acumen 
•    A structured approach to work and strong organisational skills
•    Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in engaging, motivating and developing your teams 
•    Extensive experience in retail operations across all aspects including; customer experience, HR, visual merchandising, stock management, security and administration
•    Excellent Administrative skills
•    A solid understanding of NZ employment legislation and confidence in administering these processes
•    Exceptional problem solving abilities and resourcefulness
•    A genuine passion for our products, customers and supporting team members to grow and develop
