A rare entry-level opportunity has arisen at Karen Walker as a Stockroom Assistant to support our Dispatch and Operations team at Head Office.

This position will allow you to gain exposure to one of New Zealand's most established fashion houses. You will be joining a strong team, working together to support the ongoing growth of the company.

We are excited to bring another member on board, and welcome applications from motivated individuals who are looking to get their foot in the door!

Tasks include but not limited to:

  • Assist Dispatch Controller in their role -  preparing stock to send to store (includes labelling and security tagging)
  • Provide back up with receipting and transferring stock to store
  • Replenish all stock categories in store from head office where needed
  • Assist with Monthly Stocktakes
  • Point of contact for Media room requests
  • Maintain and ensure adequate supplies for Retail & Dispatch
  • Monthly reporting – basic knowledge of excel is a must
